(order), therefore, it is very important that you follow our
measuring and installation instructions. Please review your
email confirmation for accuracy. We realize that mistakes
happen. If there is an error on our part, we will repair or
replace the blind at our expense. If there is an error on
your part, please contact us
and we will repair or reorder the blind at a discount.
All custom products are usually made to order the same day
the order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order
that you have received a confirmation on, please contact
us within the same business day. We will try our best
to make the changes or cancel the order but it is
not guaranteed. You may incur additional
charges for changes and cancellations (depending on the status
of the order).
